We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once the package is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur because of weather, carrier issues or other factors outside our control. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, Elite Wellness Vitality is not responsible for delays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but is not received, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders that carriers confirm as delivered.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within forty eight hours and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
